We’re looking for motivated Independent Sales Representatives across Nigeria to join our team and help promote and sell our t-shirts, hats, and other apparel. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible side income, self-driven entrepreneurs, or anyone passionate about fashion and culture.

Job Description

As a Sales Representative for By Fire By Force, you will connect with customers online and offline to promote our products and drive sales. You’ll use the tools we provide — including order forms, the website, and WhatsApp group — to collect and manage orders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Promote By Fire By Force products (shirts, hats, etc.) through your personal network, social media, or local community.

  • Use the Order Form Tracker to collect orders or direct customers to the official website or WhatsApp group to complete their purchase.

  • For every potential buyer who didn’t purchase, fill out a Lead Form so that your lead is tracked and you receive credit if they buy later.

  • Send in all leads and sales information by End of Day (EOD) daily.

  • Understand the order cut-off day: Every Wednesday for weekly fulfillment and shipping.

  • Inform customers that most orders take 3–7 business days to be processed and delivered.

  • Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively at all times.

Commission Structure (this is an EXAMPLE ONLY)

Example (₦27,300 item)

Your Earnings

When you sell 1 item:

  • 5% commission: ₦27,300 x 5% = ₦1,365

When you sell 2–6 items:

  • 8% commission: ₦27,300 x 8% = ₦2,184 each

When you sell 7 or more items:

  • 10% commission: ₦27,300 x 10% = ₦2,730 each

Commission payments will be made every 2 weeks (biweekly) after all sales are confirmed and paid for by customers.

Important Payment Terms

  • You will be paid after the customer’s payment clears and the order is confirmed.

  • All payments are made via bank transfer to the account details you provide.

  • You must submit your sales and lead forms before the cut-off to qualify for commissions.

  • If you generate a lead that later converts to a sale, your name must appear on the lead form to receive credit.

  • By Fire By Force reserves the right to verify all orders and payments before releasing commissions.
